On Appointing Arrangers of a Planned Domestic Ruble-Denominated Bond Issue

State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’ continues to make preparations for launching issues of domestic ruble-denominated bonds.

Investment banks VTB Capital and Troika Dialog were appointed to arrange a planned issue of domestic ruble-denominated bonds.

The main factors that played a decisive role in Vnesheconombank’s choice were these market players’ good reputation and these financial institutions’ track record in placing securities on the Russian market.

Later on, Vnesheconombank together with the said arrangers would determine the amount and cost terms of placing bonds.

Funds to be raised by Vnesheconombank will be used for financing the Banks current investment and credit activity.
