Vnesheconombank’s Annual Report Wins an Award at the 13th Annual Federal Contest of Annual Reports and Corporate Websites

Vnesheconombank’s annual report for 2009 has been declared the winner in nomination “The Best Information Disclosure Level in a State Corporation’s Annual Report” at the 13th Annual Federal Contest of Annual Reports and Corporate Websites.

The Contest was organized by the Journal Rynok Tsennykh Bumag (the Securities Market) and the MICEX.

Besides the organizers, the jury was comprised of representatives of the FSFM of Russia, rating agencies, self-regulating organizations and design bureaus.

At the previous 12th Annual Federal Contest of Annual Reports and Corporate Websites Vnesheconombank became the winner in the same nomination, in 2008, it was the best in nomination “A State Corporation’s Annual Report”.

The Contest aims to enhance information transparency, present and promote corporate governance practice as well as boost investment appeal of joint stock companies and other organizations – the Contest’s participants.
