Announcement Concerning Suspending Request for Proposal Procedure relating to selecting a Market Research Services Consultant Needed for Market Research into Project on Construction of Transport Bridge over Kerchenskiy Channel

Hereby the State Corporation “Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)” (hereinafter referred to as Vnesheconombank) makes an announcement that starting from 4.20 p.m. March 10, 2011 it suspends accepting offers from the participants of the tender procedure until it makes a further announcement on the resumption of the tender procedure. The suspension was caused by the recommendations given by the RF Ministry of Transport and the Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor) to amend the documentation on requests for proposals required for carrying out market research into the project on construction of a transport bridge over Kerchenskiy Channel between the Russian Federation and Ukraine. The amended documentation will be made available (electronic form) at Vnesheconombank’s official site after it is additionally agreed and approved.

Vnesheconombank bears no responsibility for informing all tender procedure participants individually on the date of tender procedure resumption. The amended documentation concerning the tender procedure should be found by the participants on Vnesheconombank’s site. Should the requests for proposals forwarded to Vnesheconombank before do not comply with the amended documentation they must be upgraded respectively.

The requests for proposals sent to Vnesheconombank at the moment of suspending the tender procedure will be considered in line with the provisions of the amended documentation after the date of tender procedure resumption.
