Artem Dovlatov Appointed Director General of VEB-Leasing

The Board of Directors has appointed Artem Dovlatov as Director General of VEB-Leasing, effective from 14 September 2018. He also retains the position of Vnesheconombank’s Deputy Chairman.

A graduate of the State Institute of Management, Artem Dovlatov has a Candidate of Science (Economics) degree, and also an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Artem worked for such leading Russian companies as Aeroflot and Power Machines, and held key positions at VTB Bank and Sberbank. In March 2016, Artem joined the VEB team. From June 2018, he had been holding the position of Acting Director General of VEB-Leasing.

VEB-Leasing uses leasing arrangements to provide support for the domestic economy. The Company’s core business is related to leases of modern aircraft, high-technology equipment, railway vehicles, sea and river vessels, motor vehicles and special-purpose equipment. According to Expert RA rating agency, VEB-Leasing, which has been operating since 20013, is one of the leaders in the Russian leasing industry.
