Vnesheconombank engages a market-maker for its Series 06, 08, and 21 bonds

On 28 June 2018, as part of its effort to enhance the investment appeal of its outstanding bonds, Vnesheconombank signed a one-year agreement with REGION Broker Company and Moscow Exchange on providing market-making services for Series 06, 08, and 21 bonds.

Starting from 29 June 2018, REGION Broker Company will support, as a market-maker, liquidity of Vnesheconombank’s Series 06, 08, and 21 bonds by selling and buying them during the trading session in line with the Trading Rules of Moscow Exchange for the stock market and deposit sections.

This arrangement is designed to enhance the liquidity of Vnesheconombank’s securities by offering its investors the best terms of trading in the Bank’s bonds. At present, five bond issues of Vnesheconombank are supported by market-makers.

Vnesheconombank’s Series 06 and 08 bonds were placed at Moscow Exchange on 26 October 2010, and Series 21 on 13 March 2012.
