The Board of Directors of VEB-Leasing has appointed Artem Dovlatov as Acting CEO. He will also retain the position of Deputy Chairman at Vnesheconombank.
VEB-Leasing is VEB’s largest strategic subsidiary focusing on investment projects of VEB Group in infrastructure, exports, and other priority areas.
Artem Dovlatov has a track record in major Russian companies such as Aeroflot, and Power Machines. He also held executive positions at VTB Bank and Sberbank. He joined VEB’s team in March 2016.
Yuri Gaychenya will continue his work as Deputy CEO at VEB-Leasing.
VEB-Leasing has been part of Vnesheconombank since 2008. The company is a strategic asset of VEB Group supporting the Russian economy through lease-based instruments. Key areas of its operation include the lease of advanced aircraft, high-tech equipment, rolling stock, sea- and river-going vessels, vehicles, and special machinery. Operating since 2003, VEB-Leasing is a leader of the Russian leasing industry according to 2017 data by Expert RA Rating Agency.
