VEB Closes a Bid Book for Participation in the Placement of PBO-001R-09 Series Exchange-Traded Bonds

On June 19, 2017 Vnesheconombank successfully closed a bid book for the issue of the Bank’s PBO-001R-09 series exchange-traded bonds. Investors were offered the issue placed under the Exchange-Traded Bonds Program with a maturity of 4 years from the commencement date, totaling 30 bln. rubles.

The issue bid book was opened on June 19, 2017 with a coupon rate initially ranging from 8.70 – 8.90% per annum. On closing the bid book, the coupon rate was fixed at 8.75% per annum.

The bonds will be placed on the Moscow Stock Exchange on June 23, 2017.

VTB Capital, Gazprombank, Rosselkhozbank, Sberbank CIB and Sovcombank are the Lead Managers of the issue.

Sviaz-Bank is the Joint Lead Manager of the issue.
