Vnesheconombank to Purchase Series BO-11 Exchange-Traded Bonds under Call Option

On November 14, 2016 State Corporation “Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)” in accordance with clause 10.2 of Decision on Series BO-11 Bonds Issuance took a decision to purchase Series BO-11 exchange-traded bonds (Individual Registration Number 4В02-11-00004-Т assigned on May 31, 2013) on the following terms:

Amount of bonds to be purchased: 1,000,000 bonds;
Purchase price: RUB 1,000 per bond, that makes 100% of the face value. Additionally to the purchase price, an accumulated coupon interest calculated as at the bond purchase date is payable;
Period of bonds submission for repurchase: 9.00am November 24, 2016 through 6.00pm November 30, 2016;
Purchase date: December 1, 2016.

Terms and procedures of the purchase under call option are set in clause 10.2 of Decision on Series BO-11 Bonds Issuance.

The BO-11 exchange-traded bonds were placed on September 4, 2014, with a maturity of 15 years and the coupon rate fixed at 9.75%.
