Vnesheconombank agrees the terms of transaction on restructuring Razgulay Group enterprises debt

Vnesheconombank agreed terms of a package transaction on restructuring Razgulay Group enterprises’ debt. After considering proposals received from interested core investors, a decision was madeto close a package transaction between Vnesheconombank with Razgulay Group.The transaction provides for assigning rights to Rusagro Group under Vnesheconombank’s credit agreements with Razgulay Group companies as well as for selling Razgulay Group’s shares owned by Vnesheconombank and bonds of Razgulay Group companies.

This issue was discussed at a meeting of Vnesheconombank’s Supervisory Board in October of 2015. The Transaction is expected to be closed until December of 2015.
