Vnesheconombank, the Government of Bashkortostan and AVG Capital Advisory Limited Intend o Raise Investments for the Republic of Bashkortostan

In the course of the 12th International Investment Forum Sochi-2013 State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’ and the Government of the Bashkortostan Republic and Investment Company AVG Capital Advisory Limited signed a Memorandum on Cooperation.

On behalf of Vnesheconombank the Memorandum was signed by Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev and on behalf of - by Deputy Prime Minister of the Government Dmitry Sharonov and on behalf of AVG Capital Advisory – by Board Director Rustem Mirgalimov.

Under the Memorandum Vnesheconombank, the Bashkortostan Republic Government, AVG Capital Advisory intend to cooperate to raise the region’s socio-economic development level. Under the Document the parties plan to raise investments for the Republic’s economy and implement investment projects including those comprising the comprehensive investment project “Construction of Integrated Production Facilities with a Total Capacity of up to 500 Thousand Tons a Year to Manufacture Biodegradable Plastics, Organic Acids, Sugar Substitutes, Starch, Fibrin and Supplement Feeds”.

The Memorandum’s implementation would help to stimulate investment activity, achieve top-priority issues of the regions socio-economic development and enhance its economic potential.
