Vnesheconombank and the Yaroslavl Region Government Enter into a Contract for Providing Investment Consulting Services

In the Course of the 16^th Petersburg International Economic Forum State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’ and the Yaroslavl region Government enter into a State Contract for Providing Investment Consulting Services.

On behalf of Vnesheconombank the Contract was signed by Director of Vnesheconombank’s Public Private Partnership Directorate Alexandr Bazhenov and on behalf of the Yaroslavl region Government – by Governor Alexandr Shutov.

Under the Contract Vnesheconombank is to provide investment consulting services on developing a project in water supply and water drainage sectors in a number of the Rostov region’s municipalities such as the city of Rostov, the city of Rybinsk, the city of Pereslavl-Zalessky and others.

Under the Contract Vnesheconombank is to formulate a concept of this project, take necessary measures to implement it as well as prepare tender documentation for Yaroslavl region government executive authorities to select an investor on the principles of public private partnership.

Services to develop the project are to be funded with the use of funds intended for Vnesheconombank’s program of assisting urban and regional development.

This project’s implementation would allow the Yaroslavl region to address problems in communal infrastructure that hinder the region’s economic growth and raise living standards in the region’s municipalities.
