Vnesheconombank and Agro-Industrial Holding Master-Prime. Berezka Intend to Enhance Cooperation on a Project to Build a Stock Breeding Complex

State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’and LLC Agro-Industrial Holding Master-Prime. Berezka entered into an agreement on intent to implement a project to build a stock breeding complex and a milk processing plant in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.

On behalf of Vnesheconombank the agreement was signed by Deputy Chairman Anatoly Ballo and on behalf of the Holding – by its Director General Larisa Bekuzarova.

Under the agreement the parties agreed to enhance cooperation to jointly participate in the project which is associated with expanding the existing production facility and provides for building a stock breeding complex for 1200 heads of milk cows, a calf house for 800 heads and a milk processing plant with a capacity of up to 60 tons of milk a day with a workshop to make VIP Comte-Type cheeses.

The complex construction would help to reduce unemployment rate in the Republic and increase tax revenues in the budgets of all levels.

Under the decision of the Republic’s Government the project was given top-priority status in June of 2012, the project was included in the Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the North-Caucasus Federal District up to the Year 2025.
