On Placing the First Issue of Mortgage –Backed Bonds under the Program of Vnesheconombank’s Investments in Affordable Housing Construction and Mortgage Lending Projects

On September 21, 2011 the first issue of mortgage-backed bonds under the Program of Vnesheconombank’s Investments In Affordable Housing Construction and Mortgage Lending PThis issue’rojects in 2010-2013 (hereinafter referred to as the Program). The issuer of the bonds of series 2IP is a credit institution CJSC VTB24, the issue value is 5 billion rubles, the bond maturity date is November 26 2043.

The Program is being implemented successfully. As of September 1, 2011, the Program’s participants extended more that 24 thousand mortgage credits at a rate of no more than 11% per annum for an amount of 36 billion rubles. And since the beginning of 2011 credit extension rates have been constantly on the rise.
