Today, on November 15, Vnesheconombank signed an Agreement on Cooperation in Nizhni Tagil with the Dzerzhinsky Uralvagonzavod.
The Agreement was signed by Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev and Uralvagonzavod General Director Nikolai Malykh
The Agreement aims to further promote the partnership between the Bank and one of the largest Russian industrial companies.
Under the Agreement the Bank is ready to render assistance in developing and manufacturing military and civilian products among other things on the basis of comprehensive retooling and modernization of production facilities.
Under the Agreement the Bank is to conduct financial examination of projects carried out in accordance with this Agreement, make arrangements for financing Uralvagonzavod itself and companies it cooperates with as well as offer banking and consulting services.
