The Global Trade Review Magazine Awards the Best Deal of the Year 2010 Award to a Project with Vnesheconombank’s Participation

The British Global Trade Review Magazine awarded the Best Deal of the Year 2010 award to State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’. The Magazine rated highly Vnesheconombank’s efforts to arrange financing for Russia’s modern largest propylene integrated plant construction project in the city of Tobolsk.

As the participant in the Tobolsk Plymer project Vnesheconombank was recognized as the best bank in two nominations – ‘The Borrower” and “The Borrower and the Creditor” in the category “Infrastructure and Communal Services Sector”.

The amount of investments in the Tobolsk Polymer project is 2.429 billion dollars, with Vnesheconombank’s participation share being 1.441 billion US dollars.

The British Trade Review Magazine is incorporated in the Exporta Group. The Global Trade Review Magazine’s the Best Deal of the Year award is presented to the best trade financing projects once a year.
