of Reorganizing
the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR

The Board of Directors of the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR based on article 20 of Federal Law dated 17.05.2007 N 82-FZ “On Development Bank” shall notify of reorganizing the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR (Vnesheconombank of the USSR) (Main State Registration Number 1027739311665, INN 7708011796, BIC 044525060, place of business: GSP-6, the city of Moscow, Academician Sakharov avenue, building 9) by way of transforming it into state corporation “The Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank).”
From the date of state registration of the state corporation “The Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs” (Vnesheheconombank), it is to acquire all the rights and obligations of the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR with respect to all its creditors and debtors including obligations contested by the parties in accordance with applicable law of the Russian Federation and the international agreements made.
Under Federal Law dated 17.05.2007 N 82-FZ “On Development Bank” this notice’s publication in Rossiiskaya Gazeta, Vestnik Gosudarstvennoi Registratsii and Bank of Russia Vestnik shall be deemed as a written notice to creditors.
